A Honeymoon to Remember: From Wedding Stress to Emirates First Class

Planning a wedding while balancing two demanding full-time jobs nearly broke us. By the time we actually got to the week of the ceremony, David and I were running on fumes. Our dream honeymoon in the Maldives was the only thing keeping us sane, but when we first looked at First Class flights from Los Angeles, the prices were absolutely staggering. We had almost resigned ourselves to flying economy for the grueling 24-plus hour journey.
