The agent stayed with me throughout the whole process. I wasn't dealing with different people each time I called. It almost seemed she didn't take any time off at all. I was initially pushing for a quick departure, which led so some difficulties. After I extended my timeframe I was able to get a good seat at a good price.

Jim put together a set of options that were spot on. It was disappointing that the preferred option was retracted by the airline after we submitted payment details. I did appreciate the quickness a new set of options were prepared.
